Thinking about Planning – Workshop

Not a day goes by in any charity or not-for-profit when some decision making, planning, and plan implementation doesn’t happen. But when we talk about planning in our sector mostly we refer to “Strategic Plans”. This presentation will cover two key areas of NFP management and/or governance: first, thinking more strategically about strategic planning (!) and second, reviewing some key elements of planning process in general.
