Building a Better Board – Workshop

All charity and not-for-profit Boards share the same basic set of responsibilities, accountabilities and tasks. On the other hand, every Board is different from another based on the complement of different people at each table and their unique mix of perspectives, skills and even personalities. This presentation will explore both sides of this reality with a quick overview of basic Board functions and a dive into common challenges faced by any group entity.
