The majority of charities and not-for-profit organizations started out as labours of love with little to no money and a small group of people committed to a cause. Some stay in that mode, others have grown based on a variety of factors including their ability to generate funds. Thinking through how much funding do we truly need, where and how funding can be found and grappling with questions of how much is enough, will be discussed in this workshop. Please note the session will not provide step by step fund development tactits but rather an oppertunity to "think through" the ways your organization can be funded and the challenges of adapting to gains or losses in funding amounts.
This is an in-person session led by our Executive Director and presenter extraordinaire, Paddy Bowen. Please click here to see Paddy’s bio.
